Welcome to the Schuss Mountain Property Owners Association (SMPOA) website. SMPOA is a Michigan nonprofit corporation founded voluntarily by property owners to protect and increase the value of real estate properties in the Schuss Mountain Resort area, thus to enhance the quality of life for the benefit of its members. SMPOA exists to hold, maintain, beautify, and regulate, to the extent possible, real estate property and development in the Schuss Mountain Resort area.
“Anniversary Weekend” (Formerly “Property Owners Weekend”) is May 3-5, 2024.
SMPOA and the Resort have partnered again this year to alleviate the problem of excess trash at Schuss Mountain over the holidays.
