2025-26 Pool Pass Information

Dear SMPOA Members/Property Owners:

It is time for pool passes to go on sale, you will be soon receiving your annual newsletter and dues invoice which are scheduled for snail mail by week’s end. Typically, the new passes go on sale April 1st. However, due to circumstances beyond our control they will not go on sale until Friday April 4. The SMPOA pool passes will no longer be valid at the Lakeview pools.
